Everyday cross-border access

Start with your use case, then check routes, clients and subscription status. Separate verifiable service details from connection quality that needs to be tested in practice.

Choosing routes at peak times

Test the whole task, not just the connection

International websites may load slowly in the evening because of your local network, the cross-border route or the destination service. VPNWake offers international routes across different regions, so you can choose and test one for your needs. First check that your local connection is working, then select a route that matches the destination region. Test the same website consistently before comparing other regions. Keeping a route that works during your usual hours is more useful than chasing a momentary metric. Results vary with network conditions; a route label is not a speed guarantee.

AI tool sessions

Test in your browser and command line

AI coding tools may authorize accounts in a browser while sending requests through an editor or command line. A working webpage does not mean every app uses the same network route. After connecting to VPNWake, check the authorization page, editor requests and terminal environment separately rather than relying on browser status alone. Keep the exit region consistent during use to reduce disruptions from switching routes. The tool's regional eligibility, account permissions and service status should also be checked independently; an international route does not replace the platform's own requirements.

How to choose a route: use case, region, real-world testing

For everyday browsing, start by testing a nearby region. If a website has specific regional requirements, check its official availability first, then choose an exit location accordingly. Distance is only one factor: the actual international route, local carrier and destination service response all affect performance. Avoid switching regions repeatedly while working, especially during payments, account authorization or long editing sessions. A consistent setup makes troubleshooting easier.

If an app has connection issues, first compare it with a regular webpage on the same device, then check whether the app uses the network route provided by the client. If only one service fails, check account eligibility and platform status. If all access is affected, check your subscription and local network. The route display below is for reference only; it cannot replace testing on your own device and at the time of use, nor does it guarantee that a destination service will be available.

If you have connection issues, note the region, client platform and error message. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a support ticket.

Clients and subscriptions

Get connected on your devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel; sign in to the panel to access your subscription.

One clear path from the panel to a connection

No email required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe, then visit the panel for plans, client downloads and subscription options. On Windows, macOS, Android and Linux, sign in to the client to access it. iOS access is handled through the panel and requires a purchased, unexpired plan. System permission prompts and import screens vary by platform; follow the instructions for your device.

Once you have your subscription, import or update it in the client and confirm that the route list appears. Then select a region and connect. If the system requests network access on the first connection, verify the client source and review the prompt. After connecting, use an IP check page to confirm your exit location, then open the app you actually want to use. If access stops working after your device wakes from sleep, check the client connection before deleting and reinstalling the configuration. When changing devices, get the current subscription from the panel rather than reusing outdated details.

Data pack · Never expires

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

If your access needs vary, consider a data pack. Unlike monthly subscriptions, its data does not reset each month. Check your usage frequency before choosing, and compare the data rules as well as the upfront price.

Compare plans by data allowance and reset rules

Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. When choosing a tier, review your usage history and account for video, file transfers and background system tasks. We do not convert data into viewing hours because quality settings, content encoding and app behavior vary, affecting actual usage. Unlimited devices make it easy to connect multiple devices but do not change your plan's data allowance.

When comparing subscription services, consider coverage, device rules, payment methods and refund terms together. VPNWake lists these details separately so you can decide based on your needs rather than a single metric. If you have specific connection requirements, test the service on your own network. For billing questions, review the full plan details and contact support through a ticket in the user panel.

Accounts, data and connection FAQs

Keep account setup separate from paid use. First make sure you can sign in, then follow the panel instructions for plans and subscriptions.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and use a unique password. After creating an account, sign in to the user panel to view plans, clients and subscription options. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps; available features are shown in the panel.

How many devices can I connect at once?

There is no limit on simultaneous devices. VPNWake supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Set up and test the client separately on each device. Device count and data allowance are separate rules: monitor your plan's data use across devices, as unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

What's the difference between a monthly subscription and a data pack?

Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They can be used until depleted and never expire. Choose a billing option based on how often you use the service, then select a data tier based on actual usage.

Which payment methods are supported, and what is the refund policy?

VPNWake supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 60-day refund policy. After payment, check your order and subscription status in the panel. If the status has not updated, do not submit the payment again; open a support ticket with the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy. No additional promotions or trial terms are implied.

The client says connected, so why won't an app open?

Connected means the client has established a connection; it does not mean every app uses the same route. First check whether regular webpages load, then review the app's network settings, account eligibility and service status. Browsers, editors and command-line tools may use different settings, so test them separately. If you need help, include your platform, region, error message and checks already performed in a support ticket. Do not share your password or full subscription link.
